General terms and conditions

Eco Urn Shop is a trade name of Olino Paperworks Int BV, registered with the Chamber of Commerce for Oost-Brabant in Eindhoven.

Article 1 – General

Where these terms and conditions refer to “seller”, this shall also be understood to include “contractor”. Where these terms and conditions refer to “buyer”, this shall also be understood to include “client”. Olino Paperworks Int. is referred to in these terms and conditions as the seller, and its counterparty as the buyer.

All offers made by the seller, all agreements for the sale of its products, and all agreements for the execution of any work are governed by these terms and conditions. The seller expressly rejects the applicability of any general terms and conditions to which the buyer may refer in any way.

Provisions deviating from these terms and conditions in any agreement shall only apply if they have been accepted in writing by the seller, and only in respect of the agreement for which they were made.

Article 2 – Quotation and order

Images, drawings, samples, and similar materials provided by the seller are the property of the seller and may not be reproduced or handed to third parties without the seller’s permission.

Article 3 – Delivery and returns

Orders with a value of €100.00 or more are delivered free of charge. Orders below €100.00 are delivered at the buyer’s expense. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with track & trace information. Delivery takes place within 5 working days. The parcel carrier will deliver your order to the delivery address you have specified.

You may return an item within 30 days of receipt; the cost of doing so is at your own expense. When you return an item, the purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account within 7 working days of receipt. Returns must always be registered in advance by email. The item must be received by us complete, undamaged, and in its original packaging. We will not accept products that have been filled.

Article 4 – Force majeure

Force majeure includes all circumstances that must reasonably be considered to prevent delivery or timely delivery by the seller. Under no circumstances shall the buyer be entitled to any claim for damages.

Article 5 – Complaints

The buyer has the right to inspect the purchased goods prior to dispatch. Complaints against the seller regarding defects in the delivered goods must be communicated to the seller in writing, with reasons given, within five working days.

After the expiry of the periods referred to in this article, the buyer is deemed to have received, accepted, and approved the delivered goods.

Article 6 – Applicable law and competent court

Dutch law applies to all agreements entered into by the seller. All disputes arising from agreements entered into by the seller shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the place of residence or establishment of the seller, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Article 7 – Final provision

If one or more of the provisions contained in these terms and conditions should prove to be in conflict with mandatory law and/or provisions established or to be established by a competent government body, those provisions shall be deemed to have replaced these terms and conditions to the extent that the latter were in conflict.

Where applicable, the term “machines” in these terms and conditions shall also be understood to include installations, components, accessories, and tools. From the date on which these terms and conditions were registered with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry for Oost-Brabant in Eindhoven, all previous general terms and conditions of the seller shall lapse.
